At Mirae we offer free standard shipping on all orders across Europe — no minimum, no hidden fees.

Delivery time

Standard shipping: 2–6 business days. Times may vary slightly with your location, local courier operations and seasonal demand. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Returns

Shop with complete confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Free returns

We offer free returns across Europe within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Include all original packaging
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Refunds
